The group’s Hunts Point warehouse is one of the largest food stores in New York City, and its food distribution program helps feed up to 2.5 million New Yorkers annually. Prepare for food trucks that pick up non-perishable food and buy fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as meat and dairy products.
The organization funds more than 100 poverty prevention and aid programs for the poor, and all donated funds go directly to those in need.
